What is Angel Healing?
Every angel has an innate ability to heal. The presence of every angel is incredibly healing.
Angels are the messengers of Divine, an aspect of Divine Will and Divine Love manifested.
As such, Angels are unconditional love, and love in its essence is healing.
The Angel of Healing is Archangel Raphael, and he and his angels have the ability to heal you on all levels. Archangel Raphael's aura is vibrant emerald green color, and that is why we traditionally associate green with healing.
You can receive angelic healing by connecting with angels and tuning into their angelic frequency. Once you are tuned in, you will be showered with angel energy and angelic healing. This is an automatic process that does not require additional effort on your end.
Angel energy has the following properties:
releases density
raises the vibration
balances energy centers
heals on all levels
facilitates awakening

Every person can learn how to connect with angels and in turn, learn how to access the healing energy of the angelic realm.

How to Heal With Angels?
The angelic realm is always available, and angels are always ready to help anyone who calls upon them.
If you require healing, you only need to ask the angels, and they will assist in accordance with Divine Will.
This basically means the angels are able to see your soul's purpose and your plan for this lifetime. They are able to provide healing when this helps you align with your soul's purpose and the agreements you made before you incarnated. Also, healing is provided for your highest and greatest good in mind.
But if you would like to receive the full benefits of angel healing, you need to tune into angelic frequency. Tuning into the angelic realm opens you to the angel healing frequency.
Angelic Attunement
Angels exist on another plane, basically another dimension that is of really high vibration compared to our physical world. So even if angels are able to perceive you and hear you, you are not able to perceive them or their energy without attunement.
Angelic attunement means you will try to align your vibrational frequency as close as you can to that of the angelic realm. This will create an open channel and allow two-way communication - in form of information, frequency, and angel healing energy.
You can tune in indirectly and directly.
Indirectly - thinking about angels, reading about angels, angel cards, listening to music, or prayer
Directly - meditation practice
With indirect methods, you are aligning with angelic frequency through influence from outside - for example by listening to angelic-frequency music on YouTube.
Reading and thinking about angels creates an energetic opening that shifts your awareness in direction of angels and allows bits and pieces of angelic frequency to flow your way. Something like an angelic invitation - you are thinking about them, so they come in to check out on you.
Prayer, as one of the indirect methods, is a more powerful approach compared to just thinking about angels. Here you have the intent to connect with them and reach out for help. The angels see prayer as a direct invitation and approval for them to act.
As the angels honor your free will, they would never interfere without your permission.
This is why it is of utmost importance to ask angels to help you.
By far the best method to get the most out of angelic frequency is when you tune in directly - using a meditation process of attunement which I described further down below.
Angel Healing Music
One of the indirect attunement methods to access angel healing is through music.
You can find various angel frequencies for healing available on music channels, where you would see something like this:
1111 Hz - aligns you with the unconditional love of angels
777 Hz - releases negative energy from your body
528 Hz - reduces stress and boosts positivity
999 Hz - aligns you with the angelic realm, considered a general healing frequency
If you would like to use music to initiate your healing process I would suggest using it as background noise while you are performing different tasks, doing your work, exercising, or meditating.
The music has a calming, soothing effect, and can help you slowly increase the vibration while listening to it.
You can even play these frequencies to lull you to sleep - and have a good night's rest.
Angel Healing Prayer
Prayer is an indirect method for accessing the healing energy of the angels.
When inviting your angels in using prayer, I encourage you to use your own words. This helps you build a more personal relationship with the angels compared to using a generic prayer somebody else created. Also, you will feel that the prayer is more sincere when using your own language.
If you require inspiration, you can start with the below examples:
"Dear Angels, thank you for healing me on all levels!"
"Dear Angels, thank you for making me feel whole again!"
"Dear Angels, thank you for flowing your healing energy through my body, mind, and spirit!"
"Dear Angels, thank you for surrounding me with your healing light."
"Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for healing me now."
"Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for your emerald green healing light."
The effects of the prayer will be more powerful if you try to tune in directly as well. This will create an additional opening that allows angelic healing to flow through you.
The quick version of tuning into angelic frequency includes visualizing the angel energy surrounding you.
Imagine angelic light all around you. What color is the light? If you do not see the color, what color first comes to your mind? Try to see the color of this light in your mind's eye.
Now imagine the light entering your body. Feel the warmth and gentle glow of angelic energy. Feel it spread through your hands, your feet. Feel the energy swell in your belly and your heart.
An important part of prayer is surrender. You need to let go of the need to heal in a specific way and just allow the angels to provide what you need, rather than what you want.
Know and trust that you are receiving healing from your angels.

Simple Method to Receive Angel Healing - by Archangel Raphael
Dear One, Greetings from Archangel Raphael.
Know that angel healing is available to all who call upon it and allow.
Healing in its essence is love in its highest form, for unconditional love dispels fear, soothes, and comforts.
To call upon healing from the angels, you just need to invite us in:
"Dear Angels of the Light, dear Angels of Healing, come to me now. Flow your healing energy to me now. I ask this according to Divine Will."
And know that healing is on your way - do not ask for specific healing for it may not be aligned with divine will and your soul's purpose.
Ask for healing in general, and it will come to you in the form you as a soul are ready to accept.
Healing cannot be forced; it can only be accepted when you allow and when you are ready.
Usually, it is the ego mind that is not ready yet to heal, that feels more comfortable in the known disease and disbalance.
Thus invoke the healing in the way I thought you now - this way you will receive healing in the form that is for your highest and greatest good.
The healing may flow to your memories and past events that leave a bitter taste on your tongue.
Or healing may go to your surroundings, uplifting the vibration of your home.
The healing may go to your relationships and bonds with others, removing obstacles in communication.
Or healing energy may mend your relationship with yourself, making you more loving to yourself, more kind to yourself.
Lastly, the healing may go to your body, a specific area of your physical body and energetic blockage that begs for release.
Be open to healing in any form and know that you are receiving it for your highest and greatest good.
We angels are able to see you from a higher perspective, your entire being, and your situation and life through the eyes of love. And with love, we can flow healing where you need it most, according to Divine Will.

Angel Healing Meditation
Meditation is a direct method of attunement to access angelic healing.
Process of "tuning in" consists of several steps so I have broken them down below:
Relaxation and grounding
Raising your vibration
Tuning into the angelic realm
Asking Angels for healing
Receiving angel healing
Trust, Surrender, Dropping Shields
Tuning out
Trust me, it is not as complicated as it sounds. So let's dive into the process right away!
1. Relaxation and Grounding
Find a place where you will not be interrupted and where you can focus your attention within.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax.
Invite divine white light all around you. This light is glowing brightly, protecting you on all levels, but at the same time, the light is warm and gentle.
Imagine the light gently entering your body as you breathe, helping you relax further.
Once you feel you are relaxed, you will begin to ground.
Grounding is a crucial process of any energy work and angel work as it helps you stay centered and balanced in the physical. It also connects you to the Core of the Earth and enables you to replenish with lifeforce energy coming from the Earth.
Imagine that your body starts to grow roots from the bottom of your spine and your legs and feet. Let the roots dig deep into the soil beneath you. The root keep going through layers of the earth, rock, and soil all the way to the core of the earth.
You find a bright glowing light at the center of Gaia. let your roots reach into the light, and merge with the light. Let your roots dig deep into the core of Gaia Mother Earth.
You are now connected with Gaia. You are grounded and anchored.
2. Raising your vibration
Now imagine that the light of the earth starts climbing up, through your roots. The light from the Earth enters your body, through your feet and the bottom of your spine.
The light fills you up completely. Feel the lifeforce energy flowing through you.
Now invite a golden orb of light. This is divine light, angelic light of the highest frequency.
Imagine this orb entering the top of your head and slowly growing down through your neck and spine, to your belly and hips. The orb enters your legs and goes out through the bottom of your feet.
You are now filled with light - divine light, earth's light; and you have raised your vibration.
3. Tuning into the angelic realm
Now that your vibration is high you can tune into the angelic realm.
Invite your angels:
"Dear Angels, come to me now. Surround me now with your presence."
"Dear Angels of Healing, please come in and connect with me now."
You can invite as many angels as you would like. There are no limits. I like to invite 100 000 angels of the light and also call upon specific angels I would like to work with. Angels exist outside the boundaries of limitations.
Know that you are surrounded by a myriad of angels. There are angels to your left, to your right. There are angels above you and below you. Angels stand in front of you and behind you now.
You are completely engulfed in angelic energy.
You will now tune in. Set the intention that you will connect and tune into angelic frequency.
Imagine that above your head there is a halo. Like an angel halo.
Reach with your hands to touch the halo. Begin turning it clockwise until you feel you are connected to angels through your mind.
Now imagine your third eye. You will tune your third eye to angelic frequency. Reach with your hands to your third eye and again use your hands (or imagine) that you are turning a dial that starts opening your third eye. You are now able to clearly see and hear angels.
Now imagine a halo above your heart. Reach to your heart halo with your hands and turn the halo clockwise to tune into angelic love.
You have successfully tuned into angelic frequency.
4. Asking Angels for healing
Once you have successfully tuned into the angelic realm, you can ask the angels to flow their healing energy to you.
You can simply ask:
"Dear Angels of Healing, thank you for healing me on all levels."
"Dear Archangel Raphael, thank you for your healing energy."
"Dear Angels, thank you for healing me in a way that will most serve."
Use your own words, whatever feels right.
5. Receiving angel healing
Now is the time to receive angel healing.
Simply relax and feel.
Can you see the healing light the angels are emitting? What is the color of this light? Does it feel warm?
Feel the light enter your body. Feel it enter every organ, every cell. The space between the cells is infused with the healing light of the angels.
Bask in the angelic light. Allow the light to kiss your skin, your each and every chakra. Let the light flow through your meridians, your energy centers.
The angels are loving you now. Accept this love into your being.
If you are not the feeling type, you can simply take a moment in meditation to allow the angels to work on you.
6. Trust and Surrender
An important part of the process is trust.
Your ego mind and constant chatter are your biggest drawbacks as they will try to sabotage you.
"Is this really working?"
"I don't feel anything!!!"
Quiet your mind, and know that the angels are here to help. They always come when called upon. No task is too big for them.
So once you ask, you need to trust your angels heard you and are here to help you. If you feel worry or doubt, surrender this feeling to your angels.
7. Tuning out
Healing is now complete.
Thank your angels for receiving healing in a way it is right for you.
You will now tune out of angelic frequency and tune back into the earth plane.
Start with the heart - you can turn the halo counterclockwise to return your heart to the earth.
Third Eye - turn the halo counterclockwise to return your psychic sight back to earth.
Lastly your Crown halo - turn the halo counterclockwise to return your mind back to earth.
You can repeat the grounding process once more if you feel lightheaded or disconnected from the earth below.
With this, the process is now complete!

To see the seeds grow and feel the life in the trees.
Grounding is becoming aware of the lifeforce all around you. Recognizing that the Earth is alive.
You are surrounded by life - each element holds consciousness, each element is a part of the greater whole.
And your being holds the elements of the Earth and is one with the Earth.
Being in nature while practicing presence is incredibly grounding. Have you noticed you feel more alive when in nature? This is because you have unconsciously tuned into the earth, you have grounded, and you've started circulating the lifeforce energy from your planet through your body.
This is the starting step in the healing process. Returning to Earth and grounding.
Without grounding, you are unable to replenish your lifeforce energy and your energy centers grow dull, losing power. This results in blockages and later manifests as disbalance.
But know that it is easy to reverse the process. Return to Gaia. Return to the lifeforce energy that created you. And replenish yourself.
